Band of Horses ride through The Lou

I finally managed to get a Band of Horses ticket for the show at The Gargoyle. The show was sold out before the tickets even went on sale to the public. The policy with the Gargoyle is Wash U students get free tickets. So of course all the little rich pricks got their free tickets and are now selling them on ebay for about $100 a pair. I got mine for $31 which I'm not terribly upset about because I'm so excited to see them at a small venue. But the tickets were originally supposed to be $9..NINE DOLLARS. And these little bastards got them for free and want to make a profit. I guess I've been on the other side of the fence before. I pulled a pair of free tickets to the Cardinals world series celebration and sold them for $300...so I just hate being the victim. I guess what goes around comes around...I think I'm still ahead though.
